The big day has arrived. Your scoring room is stocked with office supplies, the scoring staff is assembled, and the computers are set up and ready to go. Everyone is awaiting the first scores.
Take this time to review the procedures for entering scores and for changing tournament data, team data, and appraiser data. Walk around the tournament site and look for changes that might affect the scoring process. For example, teams or appraisers that don't arrive, changes in performance times, and changes in appraiser assignments can be entered in the DI Scoring Program before the scores arrive.
