Error messages are your friend. This was never more true than in the DI Scoring Program score sheet.
The DI Scoring Program implements the rules established by Destination Imagination for scoring each element of a challenge. It notifies you when a score is out of range, and optionally, warns you when a score is unusual, though permissible. It also notifies you when appraiser's scores that must match are different.
This topic lists common error messages and suggests strategies for resolving errors. However, because procedures might differ for your region, consult the Score Master for precise instructions.

---|
If you send scores back to a challenge site for a correction, raise an issue to remind you that the scores have left the score room. Resolve the issue when the scores are returned. |
The score 50.00 is out of the required range of 0.0 to
20.00.
This is the most common type of error message. If you mistyped the score,
just type the correct score. However, if you are typing scores from a paper
form, and the score on the paper form is out of range, it must be
corrected. Return the paper form to its source for a correction.
The score 0.00 is unusual. The normal range is 1.0 to 20.0. Do you
really want to use this value?
This warning appears when a score is uncommon, but permitted by the rules.
First, make sure that you haven't mistyped the score. Then, check all
available source documents to verify the value. If you are still unsure of
whether the score was intended, return the paper form to its source for a
verification.
MUST EQ
This message appears in the Score column of Detail score sheets with appraisers. It indicates
that the scores of all appraisers must be identical for the element, and at
least one appraiser score is different. Scores must be equal on objective
elements, and on subjective elements when the score is zero (0). Check the
source documents. If appraisers' scores differ, return the source document
for a correction.
5.00 doesn't match one of the following values: 0.0, 10.0
This message appears when a score is not one of the specified choices for
an element. Correct any mistyping or return the source document for a
correction.
