Complete a Challenge Level

A challenge level is considered to be complete when all scores for all teams in the challenge level are entered and saved.

You can tell that the challenge level is complete by a quick look at the DI Scoring Program windows:

• In the challenge level window, there is a check in every cell in the TC Done and IC Done columns.
• In the Tournament Summary Window, there are zeroes (0) in the TC Inc and IC Inc cells of the challenge level row.
• In the Tournament Summary Window, that challenge level row is not bright red, which would indicate an unresolved issue.

When a challenge level is complete, it's time for the following tasks.

• Backup the Tournament Directory
• Identify Unresolved Issues
• Check Scores
• Print Challenge Level Reports
• Send Score Files

If you don't have time to complete these tasks now, don't worry. You can do them at the end of the tournament.
