Create Custom Reports
You can create customized lists, reports, and schedules from data in the
DI Scoring Program and then sort and format the reports according to
your needs and taste.
Consider these ideas and add your own:
- Creating a single tournament schedule, that is, a list of all teams
in the tournament in order of Team Challenge performance times.
- Create an alphabetical list of all teams in the tournament for the
main greeting table. Also, make one with extra blank columns for the
scoring room paperwork manager.
- Create a list of all teams in the tournament sorted by town and then
TC time. This is great for local media, especially in large
tournaments.
To create customized reports of team data:
- In the Tournament Summary Window, from the
File menu, select Export.

The DI Scoring Program exports the team data to a
comma-separated text file (CSV) in the tournament
directory and displays a message with the name (export.csv) and
location of file.
- Open your favorite spreadsheet program and use its open file
feature to open the export file.
- Use the spreadsheet features to sort and format the data.
