Import an Appraiser List

This topic explains how to copy all of the appraisers from one challenge level and add them to a different challenge level.

You can use this feature when a panel of appraisers is scoring more than one challenge level. First, add the appraisers to one challenge level. Then, use the import feature to copy the appraiser list to all other challenge levels that the appraiser panel is scoring.

As always, be sure to back up the tournament directory before and after importing an appraiser list.

To import an appraiser list:

1. In the Tournament Summary Window, select the challenge level to which the appraisers are being imported (the destination challenge level).
2. Click the TC Inc button in that row to open the challenge level window.
3. From the Edit menu, select Edit Appraisers. (It doesn't matter which team is selected.)

   Or, click the Edit Appraisers button in the toolbar.

4. In the Edit Appraisers dialog box, from the Edit menu, select Import appraisers.

   Or, click the Import Appraisers button in the toolbar.

5. In the Import Appraisers From dialog box, select the challenge level from which the appraiser are being imported (the source challenge level). OK to approve your choice.

   The appraisers are automatically added to the appraiser list at the far right, regardless of whether any column is highlighted or not. To rearrange the appraiser columns later, drag them into the desired order by clicking on the Appraiser ID at the top of the column.
