Export All Teams

This topic explains how to export the team data to text file in the tournament directory. The exported file can be read by any text editor or spreadsheet program. It is an important part of the tournament archive.

To export team data:

1. In the Tournament Summary Window, from the File, menu, select Export.
2. Click No in response to Do you wish to export only those teams going on?
3. Click No in response to Do you want a full export, including scores?
4. In the Select CSV File name to be generated box, rename the export file. For example, use Teams.csv.

   Caution!
   All export files are pre-named export.csv. If you don't provide a unique name for the file in the directory, the new file will overwrite all existing copies of export.csv without warning.

5. Once you create an export file, set that file's properties to read-only. In Windows Explorer, right click Teams.csv and then, from the context menu, select Properties. In the Attributes section of the Properties dialog box, check the Read-only check box.

To view the file, open a spreadsheet program and then open the Teams.csv file.
